For 150 years, we've been making our distinctive and delicious cheddar in an unspoilt corner of rural South West Scotland. Our cows roam open pasture, feeding on the lush, green grass that provides the finest Scottish milk for our creamery in Stranraer. We add the best natural ingredients, five generations of McLelland cheese-making expertise and - the most important ingredient of all - time. The wild landscape gives us milk high in butterfat and protein perfect for our cheese-making, so that our Cheddar characterful, with a truly distinctive taste.
